Course Overview

This course will provide the opportunity to further develop speaking skills and vocabulary, in particular vocabulary associated with the work of those in the wind energy sector, for example, Community Liaison Officers.

The course aims to develop participants’ language skills and nurture their confidence so that they can comfortably converse with the public and colleagues through Irish. Online resources to support further Irish language use in the workplace will be discussed and participants will be taught how to use them effectively.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask teachers questions during class. Pair and group work will also be a core part of classes and will allow participants the opportunity to practice what they learn during the class.
